1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sales or seasonal events, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional days.

 

2. Shipping With in Pakistan

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners such as Leopard Courier, TCS, M&P, and Call Courier.

Estimated Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 working days

Secondary Cities: 3–5 working days

Rural / Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Shipping Charges

Flat Delivery Fee: PKR 200 

Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 5000

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.

Please ensure your contact number is active for order confirmation & delivery updates.

 

4. Shipping for Fragrances

Fragrance bottles are packed with extra protection to prevent leakage or breakage.

In rare cases of damage during transit, contact us within 24 hours with unboxing pictures or video.

 

5. International Shipping 

International delivery is available to selected countries via DHL / FedEx.

Shipping time may range from 7–14 working days, depending on location.

Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing the tracking number and courier link.

 

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the customer will be charged for reshipping.
