We ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in packaging or fragrance notes may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and other secure payment gateways available on our site.

Ibn-e-Arif reserves the right to change product prices or discontinue offers without prior notice.

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery time may vary based on your location (usually 2–5 working days nationwide).

In case of delays, our support team will notify you promptly.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Perfumes and tester boxes are non-returnable due to hygiene and authenticity reasons.

Clothing items can be exchanged only if damaged or incorrect upon delivery, provided they are unused and reported within 48 hours.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Offers and discounts are valid for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Ibn-e-Arif reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer without notice.

7. Intellectual Property
